Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions govern the use of translation services provided by Hay Labs Rafał Szkorupa, NIP: 6423144318 (hereinafter: "Service Provider").

2. Orders and Quotation

• Service quotation is free and based on materials provided by the Client.
• The calculator available on the website is for guidance only and does not constitute a legally binding offer.
• An order is considered accepted for execution after confirmation of the deadline and the final price by the Service Provider via email.

3. Service Execution

The Service Provider undertakes to perform translations with due diligence and according to the deadline agreed with the Client. Execution time is calculated starting from the working day following the day of order acceptance.

4. Payment

Payment for services is based on a VAT invoice issued after the order is completed, or according to individual arrangements (e.g., prepayment for new Clients). Standard payment terms are 7 days.

5. Complaints

Clients have the right to submit comments on the performed translation within 7 days of its delivery. The Service Provider undertakes to correct any potential errors free of charge as soon as possible.

6. Confidentiality

The Service Provider undertakes to maintain full confidentiality regarding all materials and information provided by the Client for order execution.
