What are your rates?
Rates depend on the language pair, document type, and delivery time. Standard rates range from 0.08 to 0.15 EUR per word. For large projects, I offer attractive discounts. Contact me to receive a free quote.
How long does translation take?
Standard delivery time is 5-7 business days for projects up to 5000 words. I also offer express (2-3 days) and urgent (24h) options for an additional fee. For larger projects, we set deadlines individually.
What file formats do you support?
I work with all popular formats: PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, TXT, HTML, XML, InDesign, and many others. If you have an unusual format, contact me - we'll definitely find a solution.
Do you offer certified translations?
I currently don't hold sworn translator credentials, but I work with trusted certified translators and can help organize such services for my clients.
How do you ensure document confidentiality?
I treat all projects with the utmost confidentiality. Upon request, I sign NDAs. All documents are stored in encrypted folders and deleted after project completion (unless the client wishes otherwise).
Do you offer revisions after delivery?
Yes! Within 7 days of delivery, I offer free revisions if you find any errors or inconsistencies. Your satisfaction is my top priority.
Do you use CAT Tools?
Yes, I use professional CAT tools (SDL Trados, MemoQ), which ensures terminological consistency, speeds up work, and reduces costs for long-term projects thanks to translation memories.
What's the payment process?
For new clients, I request a 50% down payment before starting work, the remaining 50% after delivery. For regular clients, I offer flexible payment terms. I accept bank transfers and PayPal.
